Teen Group

A psycho-social therapy group for youth 13-16 years old.  This course happens a few times throughout the year and the next one begins in early 2023.

Over the course of 6 weeks participants learn:

 

• How to manage relationships (friends, family, and dating).

• How to navigate social media, and cyber bullying.

• Examine self-worth and self-esteem.

• Explore body image, gender.

• Learn about individual coping styles for difficult situations.

• Make positive future orientated goals.

• We start to build content based on the needs of the youth in the group.

 

Both parents must consent to services.  You are consenting to put your child on a waitlist until being contacted by our office.  The group is voluntary.

Entry into group additionally requires a  commitment to attend all 6 groups.

Full Payment Required (regardless of continued attendance).
